Jeremy J. Clark is a counterintelligence (CI) subject matter expert (SME) with specialized experience in offensive CI operations (OFCO). He is a certified CI Special Agent, OFCO Case Officer, and Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) certified instructor with 22+ years conducting, mentoring, training, and leading OFCO in both peacetime and in conflict for U.S. Army, U.S. Central Command, and DIA.
Mr. Clark is a co-founder and partner at IXN Solutions, LLC, a startup company dedicated to providing cutting edge CI training and consultation to enable U.S. Government CI organizations. Prior to co-founding IXN Solutions, Mr. Clark served as a Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) for the Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Task Force (ISR-TF), a Secretary of the Army directed program focused on modernizing the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Enterprise. From 2000-2021 while serving the U.S. Army, Mr. Clark conducted, trained, mentored, and led the U.S. Army's global OFCO program with assignments in both the continental United States (CONUS) and outside CONUS supporting peacetime and conflict Combatant Commanders. Assignments included: CI Team Sergeant, 313th Military Intelligence Battalion, 82d Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, NC; CI Team Leader, Operation Enduring Freedom, Kandahar, Afghanistan; Strategic CI Case Officer, Detachment 14, United States Foreign CI Activity (USAFCA), Fort Meade, Maryland; Strategic CI Case Officer, Operation Iraqi Freedom, Baghdad, Iraq; Strategic CI Team Chief and Executive Case Officer, Detachment 15, USAFCA, Stuttgart, Germany; Joint Service School Instructor, Joint CI Training Academy (JCITA), Quantico, Virginia; Brigade CI Staff Officer, 902d Military Intelligence Group, Fort Meade, Maryland; Director of Operations, USAFCA, Fort Meade, Maryland; and, Strategic CI Career Manager, Army Field Support Center (AFSC), Columbia, Maryland.
While assigned to JCITA Advanced Foreign CI Operations Course (AFCIOC), Mr. Clark developed programs of instruction (POI), mentored students and fellow instructors, and improved critical POI by applying craft application and relevant experiences. This enhanced AFCIOC graduates to maintain success and compliance with Department of Defense policy and service mandates.
Mr. Clark’s professional education includes the Advanced Foreign CI Training Course (AFCITC - Operations, Investigations, and Surveillance), DIA Instructor Certification, and Army CI Special Agent Course (CISAC). Mr. Clark obtained a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from York College of Pennsylvania.
