He is a defensive counterintelligence, information security, and insider risk subject matter expert with specialized experience in creating and executing programs in the corporate environment.  He served in the U.S. Army for 26 years, 16 of which were in counterintelligence, and retired in 2016.  After retiring, he established corporate counterintelligence and insider risk programs for two multi-billion dollar companies and his program served as the glue binding together the physical, cyber, operations, information, and personnel security programs together. 

  Dave A. Turner turns insider risk from an unknown liability into a managed problem. He is a counterintelligence (CI) subject matter expert with specialized experience in offensive CI operations (OFCO), counterespionage investigations, and Military CI Collection (MCC) activities. He is a certified CI Special Agent and OFCO Case Officer.
