BUILT BY PRACTITIONERS. NOT CONSULTANTS.

Who Is IXN Solutions?

IXN Solutions was founded by career Counterintelligence Special Agents to solve a specific insider risk problem. They spent decades inside the U.S. intelligence community watching foreign adversaries target the organizations, people, and technologies that power American national security. When they left government service, they saw the same threats operating in the private sector and found that most commercial security programs weren’t built to detect them.

IXN exists to close that gap. We bring the methodology, the tradecraft, and the operational experience of U.S. intelligence agencies to cleared defense contractors, defense primes, federal agencies, technology companies protecting sensitive intellectual property, and academic and research institutions facing foreign intelligence targeting. All organizations that need more than a compliance checkbox to address real insider and human risk threats.

Every IXN engagement is led by a former practitioner. Not a consultant who studied the field. Someone who worked it.

What Drives Us

INNOVATION

We challenge convention and apply counterintelligence thinking to solve modern security problems. Innovation means anticipating threats, adapting quickly, and advancing technology that protects people, information, and missions.

EXCELLENCE

We hold ourselves to the highest professional and ethical standards. From software design to client delivery, we execute with precision, discipline, and pride in our craft, because excellence builds trust.

OUTCOME-ORIENTED

We measure success by impact, not activity. Our focus is on results that strengthen national security, improve compliance, and deliver tangible risk reduction for our clients and partners.

Why Organizations Choose IXN

Practitioners, Not Consultants

Every engagement is led by a former CI Special Agent with operational experience, not a generalist security consultant with a certification.

Methodology, Not Just Compliance

IXN applies the same counterintelligence frameworks used by U.S. intelligence agencies, not generic security checklists repackaged for the corporate market.

Full Spectrum Capability

From a $650 automated exposure assessment to enterprise CI engagements to the 351X platform, IXN delivers capability at every stage of your program maturity.

Discreet and Professional

We operate with the same discretion we applied in government service. Client relationships and engagement details are never disclosed.

Meet the Team

The IXN Solutions team brings over 100 combined years of national security experience across the U.S. Army, U.S. Central Command, the Defense Intelligence Agency, and U.S. Special Operations Command.

Co-Founder & CAO

Scott Sparks finds insider risk inside organizations before adversaries can exploit it. Over a 30-year career operating across the U.S. Army, CENTCOM, and the Defense Intelligence Agency, he ran the kind of counterespionage and insider-threat operations that most corporate security programs are built to prevent. That operational experience, spanning human intelligence, cyber counterintelligence, and workforce threat detection, now drives IXN’s methodology. When Scott assesses your organization’s exposure, he brings the same analytical framework used against real adversaries. Not a framework built in a consulting firm.
